why does everyone try so hard to be like a caucasian? we try to be like them in so many ways; our speech, our dressing, our food, our looks, don't get me started on the topic of asians who go blonde.

...or asians who wear tees with slogans like, "blondes have more fun".

i am guilty of speaking, dressing, and eating "caucasian food". and boy does my ego go a-boosting whenever someone compliments me on my eurasian-ish looks.

i don't want to be a malay. it's heavily loaded with bad stigmas and stereotypes, sometimes it's hard to see the good side to it. although one point that i am very proud of is the fact that we still wear our traditional clothings on hari raya.

...unlike the chinese, who disrespectfully discard their sultrily-cut cheongsams for contemporary clothing. in addition to that their chim-sounding names, gag, please.

first attempt at a work and child-safe blog. how?
